What is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor exactly & why do I need one?
A QuickBooks ProAdvisor has taken & passed Intuit's rigorous QuickBooks exams to become a "Certified" QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Does that mean we ProAdvisors know everything there is to know about QuickBooks? Of course not! QuickBooks offers so many versions of their software, and there are so many aspects to each version, that I don't believe any one person can know everything about every QuickBooks product. However, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor knows far more than your average self-proclaimed 'QuickBooks Expert'. I guarantee that if a QuickBooks ProAdvisor doesn't know an answer to your question immediately, they can, and will, find out! Personally, I love any opportunity to learn something new about QuickBooks and I love sharing what I know. As a member of the ProAdvisor program, I have access to extensive resources such as the ProAdvisor Community network, Training materials, a ProAdvisor Technical Support hotline, as well as the latest upgrades to all the QuickBooks software.

My name is Jeannie Crook, I am the owner of The Bottom Line Accounting. I started my Bookkeeping & QuickBooks Consulting company 19 years ago because I enjoy helping people succeed in their business. I have over 30 years of bookkeeping experience in various industries, and over 20 years of experience using various versions of QuickBooks software. I have been an Intuit Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2009, and am a Certified ProAdvisor in both desktop version, and QuickBooks Online.
